Kelli and her dad, Ed, working to advocate for safer roads with then Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg.
Meet Kelli
I’m Kelli McClelland, and I’m running for Baltimore County Board of Education in District 3 because I believe that strong public schools are the greatest investment in our collective future.

I’ve spent my career as an educator, a victim advocate, and a caregiver for my brother after a traumatic brain injury. I know how to navigate hard systems on behalf of people who can’t do it alone. And I know good decisions come from deep listening, not political performance.

Baltimore County Public Schools deserve a board member who shows up prepared, operates with intention and integrity, stays connected after election day, and answers to students and families. That’s the job. I’m ready to do it.
Values and Priorities
Educate
Every Student
Every Student deserves access to high-quality education, a sense of belonging, and a board member who fights for them.
Support
Strong Schools
Strong Schools are built by well-resourced educators and staff who prepare students for their future.
Build
Real Coalitions
Real Coalitions happen when people find common ground and build on it. Kelli will bring people together, not drive them apart.
